Margaret Lamberton made this the smoothest and easiest real estate transaction you could imagine. I needed to sell a condo unit my parents had owned for years. An otherwise excellent tenant had left the unit a little worse for wear and the appliances were way out of date. Margaret gave me excellent advice on a few inexpensive repairs and improvements to make the property more attractive, put me in touch with a cooperative and efficient contractor and helped me set an appropriate price. My situation is different than most, in that I have never met Margaret face-to-face, but nonetheless can recommend her heartily. I live in MJ, and never felt I had the need to come to Washington to manage the sale of a Connecticut Ave. condo that had been in the family for 20 years and had recently become vacant.

The unit needed a good deal of work before being put on the market. Margaret handled all this deftly, and for a reasonable fee, I thought.
