NO MORE OFFERS, THEY ARE BEING REVIEWED. This is a great colonial home in the Cheltenham area of PG county. It's a very spacious home if you're looking for lots of room. The home is beautiful but needs some work to get it back to its original beauty. Don't take my word, go and see for yourself. The backyard has lots of space for those large family cookouts. There is some discoloration in the basement that will need to be rehabbed. YOU CAN ALSO USE A CONVENTIONAL LOAN IF YOUR LENDER THINK IT WILL PASS.
